Hey brother, hope you are well. The young man says categorically he knows there is no god because no one has told what a god is to enable us to make a decision of whether to believe in it on not and yours truly agrees with him.

I’m working on a new portrait, hopefully of a 17th century Venetian lady, but I’m struggling to get past the mouth at the moment. Not seeing the rest of the face yet. Happens like that sometimes.

I loved it. It’s good that young kids now do realise that they just don’t have to believe all that they are told especially where ‘religion’ is concerned.

BTW – Ridiculous (Outlaw) Monk claimed he forced my resignation from discussion of earlier post. Well, in a way he did. By moving goalposts around and being unpleasant to dialogue with. Plus I have a personal rule never to go more than 3 comments deep in arguments. It is enormously unpleasant for me. Hollow victory.

He is seems to be quite sure and I agree with him. I may change my position if the god proponents tell me what god is in such a way that an intelligent person can make a decision whether the thing so described can exist.
