Interlude: Kenyans on Twitter

Or more famously known as #KOT.

I always thought and it seems I have been wrong on the cognitive abilities of the twitter users. I expected them to have IQs above that of boiled bananas but I think I have been generous.

I wonder what education does to people or rather more accurately, what type of education they received. Half the discussions end up being tribal and the other half is divided between prayer and ignorance.

You have the ones who think the solution to every conceivable is prayer

or who think the solution to traffic congestion  is to increase fuel prices

and the at the top is a candidate for an asylum who thinks yours truly is a pyscho for asking

In other news, the pope cuddles is opposing competition in the high department. Believing god loves you and is listening to your prayers is enough to keep you high for many days he is opposed to legalizing marijuana.

That there is the end of this public complaint.

LOL. I’m still a Twitter virgin, and tend to remain that way 🙂

Twitter never ceases to amaze me. I’m always dumbfounded by the amount of stupidity people can cram into 140 characters or less.

  3. Only tweet I like is Tweety Bird. Is there any way we can make the pope, and catholicism, illegal and marijuana legal? That, to me is a much more sensible solution to many world problems.

Well if you are on there I truly hope you are correcting the ignorance? I really don’t like Twitter. I get followers from WP sometimes but I never respond..rarely. No time. Instagram however I do enjoy!

I’m with john zande on twittering.

On the pope note: I was just listening to a radio report that Republican Catholics are not donating to the church right now, they think the pope is too ‘left wing’! Shows how far to the right they are….

It might be fun to twitter among friends just for the fun of it.
Maybe …. don’t know what it is all about really. Never read any except those that others capture and post. 😦

LMFAO! However, stupidity is universal. It isn’t restricted by tribe or nationality! 🙂

I actually like twitter, it makes it very easy to keep up with the latest science news. Of course it does have a dark side, which I guess is enviable anytime millions of people with opposing views are brought together. Sometimes it takes every ounce of self control I have to not knee-jerk respond to some bit of stupidity which manages to seep past my filters. I consider these times a test and just tell myself to let it go…but it isn’t easy!

Haha #KOT are all kinds of crazy. Some are too ignorant that I can’t engage them in anything.
