This morning I ran to the bathroom and now I have an excuse to drink a vodka and soda —

Ah so your excuse to drink is to have a bottle nearby. Not bad.

I like my coffee like I like my women, in a cup. One helluva a walk, my friend. Good for you.

You must like very small women. Reminds me of the movie: I shrank the children or something like that.

Yes. I take a stroll in a car when I could end up in a watering hole

Right. Strong, in a cup, and full of caffeine.

LOL — just not getting the “in a cup” metaphor where women are concerned. But the way you think, sometimes, there’s no telling. ๐

It depends on where you are. The north is dry. In the south there is rain forrest (if they have left any of it, it is being destroyed). In between, you have everything. I have seen tea plantations on Mount Cameroon and coffee in the Bamenda Highlands, both areas that are not so hot since they are a bit elevated.

Hello…My meds make it so I am rarely hungry, and often I just don’t want to eat. My doctors, Ron, and my friends get on my case saying I need to eat more often and normally. However eating like I do , mostly once a day or every other day has given me a great appreciation for the taste of the food I do eat. It has made it so special to me I really do go out of my way to make sure the food I eat is really tasty and grand. I don’t often eat sweets but love it when Ron takes me out for a ice cream sundae with extra hot fudge or a grand large milk shake. We don’t do it often, but at least three times a week Ron makes it a point to make sure the food we eat is special. So that makes food grand. Because I had not been eating breakfasts last week, Ron made me a wonderful waffle very light and fluffy, with real maple sugar syrup. Yes I ate the whole thing. OH does this make me a food…… ( prostitute) . Hugs.
