Looks beautiful. Like the fruit/veg stall. What is English tea? We don’t produce tea commercially in England? Or does it describe how it is taken? ie milk, sugar, lemon, mint?

I didn’t inquire but whenever people here says English tea they mean tea without milk.

I’ve never seen people put milk in their tea here (US), but lots of sugar is pretty common. I think I’m going to try it with milk now just to try something new,since you mentioned it.

I’m in the US and sometimes take my tea with milk. It depends on the kind of tea.

In Russia a dollop of jam is what goes in tea. It’s actually quite wonderful. Terribly sweet, but delicious.

There are many ways but I will just list two for now
1. Boil the water and milk separately. Pour water with tea in a cup and add milk as desired
2. Boil water and milk together, add tea leaves and cook for some time always careful to not let your tea pour ๐

Here in the US we always have “english tea” available. It’s a strong black tea. Sort of like what you guys might call “breakfast tea,” maybe?

I didn’t mention that it was a tough ride. The climbs were steep the drops were awesome.
I knew it, that was an attempt at taking a selfie but I had the camera the wrong way and I was going up an incline

That’s why we have lower gears ๐ I must admit I have jumped off the bike and pushed it halfway up many a hill. (that is still exercise) The ride down the other side is awesome though.

I am so glad you braved the ride with the hills an all. The first pictures looks like the many places in Vermont where I grew up. I use to spend so much time in the fields and the forests of my town. The pictures of the falls is awesome and I admit I would have to be down in them, in fact sad to say in my youth I would have had to go over them. I took such love in life. In my 20 and 30’s I would have taken such fun riding with you. Now in my older age I would take even more joy in meeting, talking to , and understanding the lives of the people you met. Thank you very much for sharing these with us, with me. I love them. Hugs
