It seems like he did. He’s described CS perfectly.

From a neurological standpoint, studies show neural circuitry associated with critical assessment, and negative emotions, get switched off in romantic and paternal/maternal attachments (love/lust is blind). Same thing can happen to people who form a strong attachment to their god. I thought of CS when I saw this. Was saving it for the right post. 😉

Did anyone anticipate CS? Possibly CS Lewis?

CS, the one unbearable Colorstorm. I haven’t read Lewis

Sorry Mak, I knew you meant Colorstorm. I was attempting to be smart and ended up being cryptic! The reason for mentioning Lewis was twofold. One, that he is a fairly famous Christian writer and two, because he wrote the Narnia books (you haven’t read the Narnia books?!) with the famous Aslan the lion, reputedly representing god. Hence the connection. In my head at least 😀

I have heard the books were well written. No, I haven’t read them.
How is your morning good friend?

I enjoyed them. They were imaginative. And as I didn’t know Aslan was purporting to be god, I just thought he was a nice cuddly lion.
Nicely thank you. Got up a couple of hours ago. Dogs are doing early wake-up at the moment. And yours? Work soon?

Already at work should be going in for a meeting shortly.
Today hopefully will be warmer

Yawn. If I never attend another meeting in life that will make me one happy woman.

There is always a meeting for me to attend, at least, once a week in the minimum

Once a week?! I was lucky to get away with one a day. Somedays were endless meetings. Into one, out and into another. These days it should be once every three months, but I haven’t called one for ages 🙂 Must. Do. It.

Just allow me a stupid question: what does “CS” stand for here? Looking it up yielde https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CS. There are a few additional meanings of the abbreviation in my own native language (German). 🙂

Thanks. I did not have the time over the last weeks to follow up what is happening here.
Generally, I think the rule “don’t feed the troll” might be the best way to deal with such people.

I was thinking CS Lewis too since that fellow makes the same ridiculous claims as the other CS, although Lewis is a marginally better writer.

I meant Colorstorm the one fellow who I think is usually to lazy to write a coherent comment

I’m the third person who thought you were referring to CS Lewis. Read the Narnia classics to my kids when they were little – about the only thing he has in common with the ‘other’ CS is that they have vivid imaginations. (Springing from a common source)

Also, CS Lewis seemed to be a decent, kind human being. Nothing about Colorstorm gives me that impression. He presents as a cantankerous, crude, unintelligent, moron who unfortunately has internet access.

I did not think he was referring to Lewis. I knew who he meant. My attempt at cleverness failed miserably. C’est la vie.
