Man divorces wife for walking ahead

It’s slow news day here.

Wives, don’t walk ahead of your husbands, if they are stupid and have egos as huge as their intolerance. But then again, why would you want to remain married to such a man?

I hope this is just a story

And while dealing with stupid men, a bishop in Australia has reminded us again, they like pedophiles.

I’d rather go to jail than report a pedo,

  1. We have a large population of East Indians here, & the older generation have their wives walk 3 paces behind their husbands. The younger ones don’t do it, but they are more Canadian-ized I think.

I have no words to describe what I think of pedophiles.

  2. No, & likely the neighbour who told me about it doesn’t know either.
We went to a wedding which was quite the experience, & our neighbour was explaining everything about their weddings, receptions, rules for this, that, & the other, but admitted she didn’t know the why of many things. Her own wedding was arranged, but she & her husband are quite Canadian now.

  4. A Catholic Bishop not wanting to report child rape by a fellow priest? Yeah, that sounds about right. Fucking Catholic Church needs to be completely dissolved and the proceeds need to be given to the victims of all the child rape perpetrated by priests over the years. Won’t happen, but it should. Saudi Arabian guy with tiny penis divorces wife for walking in front of him? Yeah, that sounds about right. Any religion or culture that treats women the way the Saudi’s do needs to be dismantled and removed from the face of the earth. Won’t happen, but it should.

God approves of criminal behavior. As the bishop patiently explains:

—sexual abuse was “a spiritual encounter with God through the priest” and was “of a higher order” than criminal law—.

to remind us of the Rule of Higher Law.

Someone can correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure in the US the catholic church holds the same position; priests don’t have to report pedophiles to the police. Australia is ahead of the US if they are even considering making the church accountable for secular authorities.

There are *several* sexual abuse cases going on at my old church, and I cannot tell you of the total disgust I have for an institution that would say raping a child is a “spiritual encounter with god through the priest.” I’ve heard clergy say that exact same thing in my church. What the fucking fuck? Why aren’t people up in arms over this shit?!? Why aren’t people screaming from the rooftops that this is unacceptable? Everytime I read about what the church’s position is on sexual abuse I lose all my faith in humanity. Any god who allows this to be done in his holy name should be thrown into the fires of hell forever. It’s a fucking shame hell doesn’t apply to Him.

As for the muslims, we have a very high muslim population in my city. Everywhere you look women are three paces behind men. Another sad commentary on the human race.

Both new articles refer to sacred laws, beliefs and practices. In the interest of modernization, perhaps secular (non-faith based) legal codes should prevail and take precedence over the archaic religious dogma. How are you, my Kenyan brother? Naked hugs!
