theism is built on lies, innuendo and outright fabrications

Is there a reason to believe in god, any god?

What, my friends is god? And telling me the creator of the universe is not answer. Neither is telling me god is love or goodness does not fly.

Which brings us to our final question: why do agnostics and atheists generally not say there is no god?

The only reason I don’t say there is no God is because it tends to be an unhelpful way of convincing someone there is no God. 🙂

What if you’re not trying to convince someone else that there’s no god, but you’re just trying to state your own position? Theists don’t seem to like that either!

Haha this is true. Saying there is no God is even difficult too say to atheists because it’s too simple of a statement. I would say the universe behaves exactly the way it should of there was no God. And if there is a good no gonna thus far has accurately describes it’s nature. It’s precisely because that nature of God varies and is so poorly defined that just saying they’re is no God seems insufficient I do easily say there is no such thing as a personal God. I’m quite certain.

One reason is possibly that it isn’t really possible to prove so. Not that that means God does exist, but that it is largely impossible (at least extremely difficult) to prove he definitely does not exist.

Also, an Atheist would be more apt to say that. If an Agnostic said that he would be an Atheist correct?

as an igtheist, I don’t know what god(s) is. So whether it is one or many, I can’t tell so I will live my life on the basis there are no gods whatever you define it to be.
agnostics live their lives as atheists. they aver that the nature of god is unknowable.
atheists aver no evidence for god has been provided.
      you draw your own conclusions
