Red Sparrow is a movie with many twists. A spy movie full of intrigue, death, counter-intelligence and all of it for the motherland. Funny thing, though, American exceptionalism still shows. At the end, we are told they have outwitted the Reds.
Dominica gives an awesome performance. She is also does go through a lot of shit.

This one’s funny as hell, too. There’s LOT’S of inside jokes for people like me who are major comic book geeks, too. This one has better action sequences than the first. They had a MUCH bigger budget for this one, so we get some cool superhero fights, and they’re funny. The guy who directed John Wick directed this one–lots of action. If you’ve not seen John Wick, the first one, check that out. Fantastic action and a fun revenge story.

I went to grab some popcorn as you instructed. However, then I happened to remember that I am at work and not home! I guess I’ll have to wait until I get home for the film and the snack. Naked hugs!
