Unfortunately it is never too late to regret, but we only have regret when it is too late. Human nature will prolong our self destruction until little can be done about it. The time is Now, and it only takes the right few to energize a positive direction. Waking up deniers and ending the abuse of our planet for the sake of things and money would be my number one, and that means we would have to discard religion or change it to an actual force for good, instead of the empty words of its’ reality.

You are right. We would in the process abandon capitalism & maybe even private property that leads to over exploitation of our shared resources

this reminds me of an episode of Babylon 5 where Jack the Ripper (long story to explain that) told the two main heroes that they were the right people doing the right thing at the right time.

you probably can. the series is great, though the first season isn’t the greatest since the main character isn’t much of an actor. I also wouldn’t bother watching the 5th season since it was kinda tacked on since they didn’t think they would get the funding and then suddenly did. Another couple of favorite episodes of mine are Waiting for Gesthemane and Late Delivery from Avalon.
