A challenge to the christians

And I hope those friends of Ark and John Zande can take it up.

A fellow named Dr. Ray Higgins has asked that anyone who can prove with validity that Jesus lived and walked out da grave to present that evidence to him and he will pay all your living expenses until his last.

Since I don’t claim to have as much money, any one with this information will get a standing ovation from my clan😁.

And a bonus question. Most if not all Christians take Christmas day(25th December) as the birth date of Jesus but Easter shifts depending on the weather. One asks, if as Paul alludes in Corinthians, if Jesus is not risen, then the faith is in vain, why is Easter not taken seriously?

In the video below, he repeats the challenge from 20:24

    Good on Dr. Ray!

And Easter has to shift because you can’t have Carnaval in bad weather.

if you look at the calendar, Christmas falls suspiciously close to the Winter Solstice ( the longest night of the year), and Easter is vaguely related to the Spring Equinox. I’ve always suspected, too, that the 40 days of Lent coincide neatly with the Jewish Passover and Christmas with Hannukah. A tad too pat, if you ask me.

Finding friends of Ark snd Zande? This is a tough one…
Would any Christians care to bet their houses on it? Belief is only comfort food. Push comes to shove none of them would make that bet.

Most of us know that what is now celebrated as Christmas was earlier the Roman festival of Saturnalia. Easter is a descendant of the Jewish festival of Passover. And Donald Duck’s birthday was originally the Feast of Fools! Naked hugs!

Easter is NOT a descendant of Passover, but a wrong replacement. Only 25% of the assemblies sent representatives to Nicea to go on Emperor Constantine’s payroll–and in addition to selling out the Sabbath (which the other 1500 assemblies were keeping) they sold out to the Roman holiday of Ishtar, a fertility goddess (hence the rabbits and eggs). They wanted to distance themselves as far as possible from Judaism, to ingratiate themselves and grab their chance to become the office “state” church. This was Constantine’s plan to unify his army–and thereby–his empire. His officers were keeping to paganism in order to climb politically and socially, but his foot soldiers who had more contact with local indigenous persons were becoming believers. This way, he kept everybody on the same page, while duping the believers into compromise. It was then only a short shift to Mithra’s birthday on December 25, and now lately to even Halloween in the churches.

Deuteronomy 12:4 “Do not worship the LORD your God in the way these pagan peoples worship their gods.

  7. Nan says:

Good Lor … whoops! Good grief! This man has OVER 100 videos. How did you determine which one included his challenge??

  8. well, orginally Moses only wanted a few days off and then the whole story had the fish becoming bigger and bigger until the silly thing ended up with things that no one can show ever happened. So it’s just as stupid as Groundhog Jesus who comes out of his hole in the ground to see his shadow or your sins or whatever.

  9. makagutu says:

The should just have left their Jesus in the sky where he went

  10. Argus says:

This is a ridiculous challenge! (It’ll be like taking money from a garden slug after cutting all his legs off~!)

Just go read your Bible, dammit!
It’s all in there, right from Adam and Eve in the beginning through to the very end of eternity.
You don’t get no more comprehensive than that.

If you can’t read (dum atheists mostly can’t) there’s lots of educated priests and things to help. Sheesh …

    • makagutu says:

Just claim the money now and share with me.

      • Argus says:

No! That would be a selfish thing to do and not in the spirit if Christian charity at all.
I’m going instead to pledge any monies I might acquire in the future to the Pope so that he can use it wisely to sucker the poor, the tired, the diseased widows and orphaned children of the world …

        • makagutu says:

that would be very mean of you. the pope presides over on of the richest organizations in the world and should you pledge that money to him, it will be used to buy the silence of the nuns who were abused by priests and bishops, and you wouldn’t want that, would you?

  11. a lot of Christians who really follow Jesus shall never celebrate the pagan feasts Christmas and Easter. Jesus was born the 17th of October so why celebrate his birthday on the day of the god of light in December?

Jesus really died and was taken out of the dead. We can remember that but most of all we should keep to the holy or set apart days given by God, and the resurrection-day is not such a day. For sure Easter bunnies and chocolate eggs have nothing to do with the coming out of the grave by Jesus.
