At least for my grandfather and step grandma, it is easy. Beyond that, there might not be much. I don’t think we are a warrior clan or anything of the sort. So it will not be interesting, I think

What sources are you using, Mak – family recollections, clan oral history, official documents which presumably don’t go back very far?

At the moment I am relying on clan oral history.
Orayo is my great great great great grandfather. I hope to grow the tree as far back as is possible

More information would be great.
That’s one thing the morons are very into…..genealogy. In my case, my grandfather, & his siblings, & his father kept diaries, which my grandmother had made into a book.

Fascinating project! If we could trace our histories back far enough, we might discover that our ancestors once traded a camel for a woman or some other thing – lol!
