Questioning the conventional wisdom

My desktop wallpaper is a restful picture of a forest with beautiful green (all shades) trees. Does that count?

Nature makes perfect sense! After the confirming restrictions and isolation following the coronavirus COVID-19 epidemic, open spaces and fresher air are uplifting options for the majority of us! Good post, my Kenyan brother! Enjoy what’s left of your weekend! ๐ Naked hugs!

We are busy decimating forests, chocking rivers with waste and polluting our oceans. I don’t know where we will turn to in the not too distant future.
Have a happy week my friend.

Perhaps “outer space” before we destroy that environment?

Good advice on the part of the docs. Of course, not every malady/illness can be “cured” by Mother Nature, but even including her in the “prescriptions” would probably help a LOT of people. (Now if we can just stop Humans from destroying her medicinal qualities!)

You are right but for most people, nature acts as a balm. Refreshing. Reinvigorating. And of course healing, especially for some diseases of the mind, when they are not too severe.

Yes, & thankfully I live in an area that has lots of trees, water, & wildlife.

Yes, I appreciate my area every day. We have deer on our streets almost daily, they visit our property to nibble the greenery, & even rest up for awhile.

I really like this idea. I wonder if my doc could specify time off on sunny days, preferably mid week?

You should persuade your doctor to keep making these recommendations as part of your get well scheme
