What? You haven’t been to Africa, you liar…it’s just a mental construct. Better not send these photos to you-know-who!

I promise I will not send any pictures or say anything I know about Africa.

I’m reading your blog right now…do you live in Kenya? In that case, you’d probably blow her little brain right out of her head. 😉

Things are well dear,
You have been missing in action.
We just finished the elections and we have a new president though I hear it is to be contested in court.

Nice pictures. It reminds me of a poem:
I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is pressed
Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree.

Sunsets are my favorite. To capture a perfect sunset is an art. At least in my opinion, and no; I have never done so myself, but have seen some great ones in my life.

A few days I watched a beautiful sunset and I agree with your sentiments. Sunsets and sunrise are usually quite beautiful and photos of these are sublime
